What you'll contribute to
As the TUNE Specialist, you'll be the engine behind smarter, faster, and more intuitive use of the TUNE Dealer Management System (DMS) across Toyota and Lexus dealerships. From unlocking hidden features to shaping future functionality, you'll ensure the platform evolves with the business—and leads it forward.
This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne
How you'll make an impact
Discover underutilized features and implement new ones to streamline dealership operations. Create training tools and performance dashboards that drive adoption and long-term optimisation.
Deliver hands-on training to regional teams, sparking advocacy and boosting awareness of TUNE's full functionality.
Lead clear, consistent communication across the dealership network and TMCA teams with monthly updates and targeted EDMs that highlight key system enhancements.
Support product planning and new model rollouts by identifying system impacts and crafting Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and bulletins that keep dealers informed and ready.
Partner with the Revolution Assistance Centre (RAC) and TMCA to manage feature-related tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deliver seamless solutions that align with operational needs.

A knack for translating complex system features into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Toyota dealership workflows across sales, service, parts, and admin, with the ability to turn business needs into system solutions.
Advanced analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset that thrives on diagnosing challenges and delivering data-driven results.
