We seek a Feature Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for unlocking hidden features and implementing new ones to streamline operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering underutilized features and implementing new ones to optimize operational efficiency
  • Creating training tools and performance dashboards that drive adoption and long-term optimization
  • Delivering hands-on training to regional teams, promoting advocacy and awareness of feature functionality
  • Leading clear communication across the network with regular updates and targeted email notifications highlighting key enhancements
  • Supporting product planning and new model rollouts by identifying system impacts and crafting Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and bulletins that keep stakeholders informed
