  • Structured Communication: Turning evolving technical inputs into clear, thoughtful messaging, positioning, and launch briefs that keep teams aligned.
  • Cross-functional Empathy: Experience working with engineers or researchers and knowing how to move work forward across different disciplines.
  • Clear Writing: Quick and clear writing for a range of audiences, from internal stakeholders to end users, without oversimplification.
  • Launch Ownership: Leading or contributing meaningfully to product launches, understanding timing, coordination, and communication's impact on success.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritizing what users need to know to feel confident and successful, especially when dealing with new or complex features.
  • Judgement Under Ambiguity: Comfortable navigating shifting priorities, asking the right questions, and helping teams make decisions even when the roadmap isn't fixed.
