We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the delivery of product features. As Senior Business Analyst, you will ensure product requirements are well-documented for development.

You'll contribute to the consistency and quality of the business analyst practice. This is a challenging role in a dynamic organisation with opportunities to influence and make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining business analysis standards.
  • Performing capability analysis to identify key business capabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Performing gap analysis to ensure coverage of requirements.
  • Consulting with product owners and managers to identify solution options.
  • Analysis and design of operational processes and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Producing functional and non-functional specs.
  • Preparing training material and assistance to end customers.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing.
Critical Capabilities
  • Experience in payments operations and vendor applications.
  • Strong ability to converse with external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role using agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Detailed understanding of payment process flows.
