AI Research and Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an expert in AI research and engineering to join our team. This role focuses on fine-tuning large language models and building proprietary AI systems that directly impact human well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, fine-tune, and optimize open-source large language models using various techniques to build effective AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of personalization engines to deliver tailored support.
  • Develop and maintain robust machine learning pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research into actionable product features.
Requirements:
  • A recent PhD or postdoctoral experience in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Deep theoretical and practical understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and training dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-source large language models.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals and coding proficiency in Python.
  • Solid experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
