Now, as POP MART continues to expand in Australia & New Zealand, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to drive digital growth and shape social media experiences for one of the world's fastest-growing lifestyle brands.

About the Role
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the HQ team to develop and execute data-driven local digital marketing strategies, ensuring they accelerate brand growth and exceed business objectives.
  • Campaign & Account Management: Oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of all social media channels. Manage the end-to-end execution of always-on and campaign activities, ensuring flawless delivery by coordinating internal teams and external agencies.
  • Content Strategy & Publishing: Drive the content publishing strategy to exponentially increase organic reach, engagement, and follower growth. Contribute to the review and delivery of all creative assets, guaranteeing accuracy in content, specifications and brand messaging.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic content that reflects their genuine experiences, building trust and relatability with target audiences
  • Community Management: Proactively monitor and manage community engagement across comments and direct messages. Maintain a consistent brand voice while promptly identifying and escalating customer issues.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Reporting: Analyse social media performance and extract actionable insights to produce regular reports that evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform strategic decision-making and recommend optimisations.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or Business Management.
  • 5+ years of consumer marketing communications experience in a creatively driven agency or client organisation luxury brand experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and actions.
  • Heavy users of social media platforms are familiar with the operational rules of multiple platforms and have a keen insight into trending topics and popular culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Confidence in using digital tools, with a willingness and aptitude to learn new technology.
  • High levels of autonomy with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing campaign impact and ROI.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills with experience collaborating across international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt brand messaging to diverse markets.
