TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading Perth residential builder renowned for delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes. Based in the Perth CBD, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Residential Scheduler to work on premium bespoke builds while enjoying long-term stability, professional development, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate construction schedules from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, trades, and procurement teams to align project timelines.
  • Track milestones, critical paths, and adjust schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to prevent delays.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and systems.

About You

  • Proven scheduling experience in residential construction (luxury, bespoke, or complex builds highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of sequencing for double and triple-storey projects.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Perth-based experience with full Australian working rights.
