Concretus commenced trading in September 2003 and we have since established ourselves as Perth's leading concrete supply and installation business, specialising in all aspects of concrete products and industry related services.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the core of this role is to ensure all costing aspects of the business are completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings
  • Scheduling all material and labour quantities accurately and efficiently
  • Reviewing contract documentation and raising purchase orders
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in priorities
  • Good level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of construction industry will be highly regarded
