THE ROLE

  • Track budgets, claims, variations, and forecasts — ensuring financial accuracy and control.
  • Maintain clear documentation, ensuring compliance and accountability at every step.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to keep communication open and progress aligned.
  • Support continuous improvement in systems and processes that enhance delivery.

  • Commercially aware:
understands construction, cost, and value alignment.
  • Organised:
manages multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
  • Communicator:
communicates clearly and works well with a high-performing team.
  • Passionate:
brings energy, initiative, and a commitment to doing things properly.
