Customer Relations Officer (Temporary - 6 month contract)

About the role:

The Customer Relations Officer will play a vital role insupporting our Customer Relations Team through a variety ofadministrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with contractpreparation, managing customer inquiries, and providing occasionalsupport at the front reception. You'll also help with databasemanagement and word processing, ensuring a smooth and efficientexperience for both internal and external customers.

We’re looking for someone with a friendly,solution-focused attitude who is eager to contribute to asupportive, team-oriented environment. Training and guidance willbe provided to ensure you succeed in this rewarding role.

This role will require occasional travel to other Warrigallocations, so flexibility and a willingness to move between sitesis essential.

To be successful you will need:

- Substantial experience in office administration
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handleinquiries professionally and efficiently
- A good understanding of office and administrativeprocesses, including data entry tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,with the ability to engage effectively with others
- A compassionate approach toward older people and theirfamilies
- Ability to connect and build positive relationships with adiverse range of customers, both internally and externally
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge ofMS Office, with an understanding of computer hardware and basictroubleshooting
- Capable of working independently while being an active andeffective team member
- Awareness of workplace health and safety (WHS), privacy,and equity principles
- A valid NSW driver’s license
