Are you looking for a new adventure? Come join System Procurement as a Principal Change Management Officer where you will implement change management processes and actions across the System Procurement Branch.

As a Principal Change Management Officer, you will create and execute change strategies, plans, processes, and initiatives to support the portfolio's strategic objectives. You will provide expert advice and knowledge working with the Director, Advisory and Continuous Improvement, Project Leads and Change Management team to deliver consistent, effective change processes and documentation, in a manner consistent with relevant legislative and industrial requirements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain awareness of the sensitive clinical, operational and stakeholder environment.

Role fit:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of leading and managing complex change initiatives in large organisations, especially where behavioural or cultural change is needed.
  • Demonstrated high level communication skills, including ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (internal, customers and unions), in a confident and professional manner and influencing outcomes.
  • Proven experience in proactively leading, supporting and engaging stakeholder in organisational and cultural change processes, being responsive, and delivering on strategic intent.
