The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Tax Consultant to join our collaborative and knowledgeable Tax Services team. In this role, you will demonstrate your sound technical knowledge while providing tax advice to a diverse range of clients within a range of industry sectors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide high level advice to clients in all areas of taxation
  • Research and analyse tax legislation and apply findings to client queries
  • Gather information from clients, explain their options and advise on next steps
  • Prepare tax compliance
  • Liaise with the ATO on behalf of the client

About You

  • Relevant tertiary degree
  • Completing or recently completed a post graduate qualification (CA, CTA or Masters of Tax preferred)
  • Demonstrated prior experience in a generalist Tax Consulting role within an accounting and advisory firm
  • Good knowledge of Australian tax laws
  • Client focused with high level written and verbal communication skills
