Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site delivery, ensuring safety, program, and quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to drive progress and productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders to resolve challenges quickly.
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site meetings to reinforce a strong safety culture.
  • Supervise inspections, oversee defect management, and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, legislation, and company procedures at all times.

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on significant commercial construction projects.
  • In-depth understanding of construction sequencing, safety practices, and technical requirements.
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
