**The role**
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for marketing products for the Bayer marketing efforts for ANZ Pharmaceuticals Division, with a particular focus on women's health. You'll bring your marketing expertise to manage multiple mature brands and will standout due to your passion for always on digital mindset. You will be able to drive and deliver campaigns from inception to completion with ease, and demonstrate commitment to continuously improving outcomes based on performance evaluations and predefined KPIs.
This role contributes to the development of the portfolio, and holds responsibility for the execution of strategic and operational marketing plans that optimize patient and customer outcomes, business and financial objectives.
This position is a core contributor within a brand squad and will work closely with internal stakeholders to create alignment and foster excellence in marketing execution. As the divisions marketing expert within the squad, you will be comfortable from working on strategy and tactile execution ensuring delivery on product goals.
Working from the Pymble office, you will commit to working a minimum of 3 days in the office embracing our agile hybrid work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing Strategy Development (20%)_
- Contribute to and implement short to long term strategic marketing plans driving business and customer outcomes.
- Update and refine marketing plans regularly, to optimize customer outcomes and business goals, including sales and market share growth.
- Execute marketing campaign strategies with a strong focus on digital engagement.
- Monitoring campaign performance and conducting performance evaluations and ROI.
- Identify new market opportunities using innovative, omnichannel strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional brand squads to leverage patient and customer insights, strengthening strategy and plans.
- Marketing Execution and Activation (60%)_
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs through regular engagements within the customer ecosystem.
- Optimize the marketing mix in partnership with brand squads, functional partners, and agencies.
- Develop customer-centric solutions, promotional materials, and execute digital campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Multichannel Marketing teams to implement multichannel tactical plans.
- Adhere to all compliance-related policies, procedures, industry codes, and guidelines.
- Provide analytics and insights, by regularly report on product performance and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Financial Management_
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product forecasts, including patient models, sales, P&L, and demand planning.
- Manage product expenditure against allocated budgets, optimizing profitability within the Beyond Budgeting framework.
Qualifications and Skills needed to be successful
- Proven track record as a marketing professional in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is essential.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical environment, including regulatory, market access, and commercialization processes.
- Strong demonstrated skills in creating and delivering a multichannel strategy, with a strong focus on digital marketing and engagement.
- A always on digital marketing mindset.
- Proven capability to manage the marketing lifecycle of your you own brands
- Demonstrable business acumen in forecasting, budgeting and budget allocation.
- Experience working in an agile, matrix organization.
- Effective relationship-building and cross functional stakeholder management skills
- Be performance and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
