Customer Operations Manager

**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Managing a small team, you will provide operational and people leadership to the local Commercial Operations team supporting the business teams across ANZ for our the Pharmaceutical (PH) and Consumer Health (CH) businesses and their customers. You will implement the Bayer’s strategy in this space and be effective in execution of services as well as continuous process improvement and effective change management.

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain & Customer Operations, you will work closely together, as we transform our services and will be pivotal in engaging in a new way of working.

**_ Do something that moves you._**:

- Lead the effective execution of Commercial Operations (O2B, B2C & CATI) to deliver agreed service levels
- Provides guidance and support to direct reports on functional and operational matters
- Develop the country/customer specific strategy for delighting customers
- Drives alignment to Bayer processes, implementing the functional blueprint
- Support the transformation of commercial processes, by embracing technology ad by working closely with Global Process Owner teams and O2C service provider
- Through strong collaborations, drive continuous improvements to create cross functional value and process simplification
- Leverage data to report accurately on customer service performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Proactively communicate with customers on credit issues, stock allocations, out of stock notices, etc
- Execute stock allocations between Customers & Customer DCs in collaboration with Planning and Bayer Account teams

**_ Does this sound like you?_**:

- Substantial operational experience working in an end-to-end order-to-cash/supply chain operation
- Bachelor degree qualified in a business discipline
- Prior experience in a multi-national consumer or consumer health company
- A pragmatic solution-orientated customer mindset, balanced with commercial intellect
- An experienced people leader, who can guide a team through a changing work environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data analytical skills to deliver accurate reporting and drive improvements through data insights
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP and workflow systems. Experience in BI tools such as Tableu and PowerBi highly regarded
