What You'll Do
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end accounts payable functions — from invoice processing and supplier payments to ledger maintenance and audit preparation. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier and contractor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate weekly payment runs (EFT, BPAY) and staff reimbursements
- Reconcile credit card expenses and maintain supplier records
- Ensure the accounts payable ledger is accurate and up to date
- Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation
- Collaborate with internal teams for invoice approvals and payment queries
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Background in Advertising, Media, or Creative industries is highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral is a must have
