About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Development / B2B Cold Caller/Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. You'll be working on behalf of a marketing agency client, running targeted calling campaigns to connect with marketing managers and to book qualified sales appointments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound B2B cold calls to marketing managers.
  • Engaging prospects, Briefly introducing services, and securing appointments.
  • Scheduling sales meetings via Google Meet for the agency's sales reps.
  • Representing the client professionally as a trusted first point of contact.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years provable experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or business development.
  • Confident and motivated communicator with proven success in booking qualified appointments.
  • Ability to work independently from a home office in this results driven role.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Mobile phone with unlimited calling plan.
  • ABN Registered Independent Contractor.
  • Self-motivated, professional and comfortable working to targets.

Role Details:

  • Rate: $30 per hour
  • Hours: 20 hours per week (part-time)
  • Location: Work from home (remote)
  • Type: Contract / Freelance

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound B2B sales conversations and enjoys creating opportunities for sales teams to succeed. Would also suit those who have in the past worked as professionals within corporate marketing agencies who now require work within school hours.
