The Opportunity

We are seeking a relational, resourceful and innovative educational leader who is actively engaged in the teaching and learning in classrooms.  This role will see you inspire our mission of believing in and creating a better world with high-quality and inclusive education for all students.

This role will see you actively engage in school and local community events and celebrations. You will be part of a Principal group of system leaders who contribute to the development of system-wide priorities.

About You

  • previous principal experience will be highly regarded

  • demonstrated success in leading teaching and learning

  • experience in effectively leading a connected approach to student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and academics

  • experience in leading and motivating a team to implement contemporary, high-quality education and service to a school community

  • an active member of a Catholic Sunday Eucharistic community

  • working towards or completion of post graduate qualifications in Religious Education, Educational Leadership or Theology

  • hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland

  • willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
