Rangeville State School is currently seeking a dynamic Deputy Principal to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in educational excellence, and a commitment to creating a nurturing and innovative school culture. This is a temporary full-time position commencing 22 April 2025 until 12 December 2025, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
