The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable position
  • Proficiency in Xero (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

About the role:

  • Processing and reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Managing invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations
  • Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements
  • Following up on overdue accounts with professionalism and tact
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
