We are seeking a dedicated, organised and self-motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our JELD-WEN team, based at Rowville, VIC.

**Key Tasks**:

- processing vendor Invoices accurately and timely
- month-end activities
- assist with input and processing of stocktake counts
- Scanning and filing client invoices
- process new vendor set-up

**Key skills & knowledge**:
Ideally you'll have experience in a finance administration role but we are open to considering someone who has administration and/or data entry experience. Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency in using computer systems and programs - MS Office skills essential
- a systematic, methodical and process-orientated approach to your work
- pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- flexibility and willingness to support others and upskill yourself in other team members duties to cover leave
- ability to work well in a small team environment as well as work autonomously
- have a good customer service ethic when dealing with both internal and external customers

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, core business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm however we can offer flexible start and finish times as well as up to two days per week can be worked from home.
