We're on the lookout for a hands-on, people-first DC Team Leader to guide and inspire our warehouse team. Based at our Distribution Centre, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently - all while exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead a team of warehouse professionals to deliver outstanding results
  • Drive safety-first culture through inductions, hazard reporting, and daily checks
  • Coach and mentor Leading Hands to build leadership capability
  • Plan resources to meet daily operational demands and KPIs
  • Champion continuous improvement and support cost-saving initiatives
  • Keep the team informed and engaged through regular Toolbox Meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure orders are picked and dispatched on time
What You Bring
  • Experience in FMCG or warehouse operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills - you lead by example
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a bonus
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for safety and team development
