About the Role

We are currently seeking Storepersons / Forklift Drivers and Team Leaders to join our new 3PL warehouse in Kemps Creek. We have multiple positions available. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in a state-of-the-art facility.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and be responsible for the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick, scan, pack, and shrink-wrap customer orders
  • Dispatch duties including stock scanning, labelling, checking, and coordinating transfers and cross-dock goods
  • Operate RF scanners
  • Conduct equipment and machinery checks prior to shift start
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory checks
  • Participate in daily housekeeping and weekly toolbox meetings

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A valid forklift licence (LF)
  • High reach forklift experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
  • Basic computer literacy (Office 365 experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
