Concept Environmental Services is a leading provider of sustainable fluid solutions and enhanced evaporation technology through their patented large fluid tank solution the ConceptTank.

We deliver practical, environmentally responsible outcomes across the Energy and Resources, Mining, Waste, Leachate, Water, and Wastewater sectors.

Our projects span remote, regional, and urban locations, and our teams take pride in producing work that lasts.

We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor (Working Supervisor) to lead field teams of five to eight people on FIFO or DIDO rosters.

Our standard roster is 20 days on and 8 days off, with travel included during the 20-day swing.

We offer a generous Time in Lieu (TIL) arrangement under Award MA Building and Construction General On-site Award).

You earn TIL for every non ordinary hour worked.

You can cash these hours out or bank them to take extended paid breaks when it suits you.

What you will do

  • Lead and work alongside a small (5 – 12 people) construction team
  • Deliver fluid containment and tank construction works to a high standard
  • Keep the crew organised, safe, and productive
  • Coordinate day to day tasks, planning, and quality checks
  • Maintain clear communication with project teams and site contacts

What you will bring

  • Experience as a working supervisor or leading hand in small to medium construction crews
  • Practical capability and willingness to get on the tools
  • High Risk Work Licences Preferred: EWP, Crane or Telehandler, Dogging or Rigging, Confined Space
  • Understanding of safety systems and quality expectations
  • Ability to work FIFO or DIDO on 20/8 roster or 15/6 roster
  • A steady, solutions focused approach
