Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for an experienced charismatic **Supervisor** to help lead the team at our neighbour venue, **The Rover.**

**About the Venue**:
The Rover is a timeless neighbourhood staple in the belly of Surry Hills. On approach from the street, the promise of great conversation and affable hospitality lures you inside to be greeted like an old friend.

A bustling neighbourhood cocktail bar serving creative drinks, freshly shucked oysters, a happy hour to queue for and a selection of burgers for everyone.

**About The Role**:
As Supervisor, your role is to uphold impeccable standards for the quality of food and drinks served and the service provided, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

This hands-on role offers the perfect platform for a dedicated hospitality professional to excel in a small venue where their personality and customer-focused attitude can truly shine.

The ultimate goal is to exceed customer expectations, leaving them thoroughly satisfied and wanting for nothing.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Ensures all food and beverages are to specifications and consistent
- Shares and uphold company core values
- Provides direction and leadership to the team
- Ensures efficient, professional guest experience
- Ensures staff adherence to policy
- Communicates efficiently between all members of the venue.
- Ordering of wet and dry goods
- Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position and as requested, this includes hosting and assisting waitstaff with service.

- High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest interaction
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
