Your impact, with us

As our highly valued Technical Support Specialist, you'll use your technical expertise to provide reliable IT support across multiple clinical and business systems,

aiding patients with a wide range of heart and cardiovascular conditions.

Based in Perth you'll [ensure seamless IT service delivery, supporting frontline healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centred care, helping to improve people's health and lives and shaping our organisation's future.

You'll make a meaningful impact by:

  • Providing first and second-level support for IT hardware, software, and clinical applications.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, networking, telephony, and printing.
  • Supporting clinical systems such as EMR and PACS/DICOM applications.
  • Collaborating with IT colleagues, vendors, and clinical staff to deliver effective solutions.
  • Documenting solutions, knowledge articles, and contributing to IT projects, migrations, and upgrades.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, ideally in a healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint management, and ITSM/RMM tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive connections
  • A mindset of collaboration and continual learning. You will seize opportunities to expand your skills and expertise, and you'll be willing to share your knowledge and experience to help our company and people thrive.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure Administrator).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
