The Senior Manager, Commercial & Strategy – IM will support the short- and long-term profitability of the International Markets segment by providing decision support and commercial insights to operational and strategic initiatives. This role spans business planning, financial forecasting, risk management, and decision-making, while acting as a change agent for transformation projects. This role would suit a big 4 second mover. Key responsibilities of this role Primary finance business partner for the IM General Managers, and local functional leaders to ensure delivery of short and long term financial objectives. Provide decision support to the IM segment, inclusive of all function areas, including but not limited to, Sales, Supply Chain, Software and Support. Present financial results and actionable insights to IM segment leadership. Executing the IM forecasting process for Sales and P&L, driving the business to achieve improvements in forecast accuracy and the alignment of cross functional planning Ownership of IM planning cycles, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and 3-year strategic plans for IM Provide key performance insights through the monitoring & reporting of KPI's, understanding and being able to articulate drivers of all elements of financial performance (P&L and Balance Sheet), and recommended corrective actions to the broader business Delivery to the reporting and analysis requirements set by corporate as required Assist GM FP&A on various Finance special & transformational projects as required Provide commercial deal support, including pricing models, margin analysis, contract risk assessment, Qualifications and Experience 7 years of experience in financial analysis, business planning, or commercial finance. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in fast-paced, complex organizations. Advanced Excel skills. Experience in FP&A for design-led, contract manufacturing, and global deployment businesses, where revenue blends hardware, software, and long-term service contracts (preferred) Experience with forecasting & budgeting tools (CPM tools like Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.)(preferred) Understanding of statistics and data science principles combined with some understanding of programming languages and SQL/database querying (preferred) Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (preferred). Experience contributing to finance transformation, including system upgrades, process standardisation, and data governance (preferred) About Coates
