Program Officer, Rostering Improvement

The Program Officer, HealthRoster will use their project management experience, rostering knowledge, and stakeholder engagement skills to identify opportunities for roster improvement. They will implement improvements to rostering practices, capabilities and systems through effective engagement, change management and process redesign.

Where you'll be working
Based in Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) offices on Royal North Shore Campus, with regular site visits across NSLHD
What you'll be doing
The Program Officer, HealthRoster is responsible for a comprehensive range of project management, stakeholder
engagement and change management activities. The role will drive identification and design of strategies to meet the
objective of rostering maturity towards rostering optimisation for NSLHD. The role will involve consultation, data analysis, project management, and providing roster expertise and guidance as required.
