The Role: Venue Manager

As Venue Manager, you'll own the day-to-day operations of a busy entertainment venue. You'll be responsible for leading your team, driving performance, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering unforgettable moments for every guest.

This is a full-time leadership role where you'll be empowered to make decisions, motivate your team, and create a positive, high performing environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in Arcade, retail, or entertainment.
  • A team-first attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of ownership.
  • Strong focus on customer service and team development.

· A reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail

· Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

· Exceptional guest service skills – you love making people smile

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Solid understanding of retail, hospitality, or catering operations

· Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with a positive, solutions-focused approach

  • Police check required and to be maintained during employment.
  • Bonus points if you're an arcade wiz, hold tenpin bowling background, hold working with children, or any other qualifications or certification
  • Willing to obtain RSA and food handling certification
  • A confident, composed approach to fast-paced environments.
  • The ability to manage operations, staffing, and venue performance.
  • A hands-on mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
