About the role

We're seeking an experienced Venue Manager (Bali Based) - Food And Beverage to join the team at Motel Mexicola Group in Bali Indonesia. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at our vibrant hospitality venue.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance
  • Develop and implement creative menus and beverage offerings to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and dining experiences for all guests
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and administrative tasks related to the food and beverage business
  • Collaborate with the wider management team to drive overall business objectives

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar venue manager or hospitality leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving food and beverage profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
