Our team works across Victoria, NSW, South Australia and Queensland. Due to projected increase in build volumes, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Planning and Projects Coordinator based in our Parkside Office in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing input to tenders, proposals and routine reporting
  • Driving planning outcomes
  • Securing permits and manage town planning and building permit applications through to certificate of occupancy/handover, ensuring forecast of permits and ACC's is achieved in line with EveryOne Homes project management methodology
  • Pre-site customer communication
  • Contracts administration and early works management
  • Pre-site claims and financial management; and
  • Pre-site customer communication and reporting.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in South Australian planning and permits
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations, contracts, and administration
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively; and
  • A proactive, collaborative approach – and a great attitude
