Our current Admin Officer has discovered her true passion and is moving on to exciting new horizons — and since she started, our firm has grown rapidly, with new matters increasing by over 42%.

We're a young and expanding team, and this is no quiet desk job — you'll be busy, engaged, and making a real impact every day.

With our other Admin Officer now focusing more on legal accounts management, we're looking for someone to step confidently into this dynamic and essential role. We're open to hiring one full-time superstar or two part-time legends with overlapping hours to ensure smooth coverage.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the operational backbone of our firm, supporting both the legal and admin teams with tasks including:

Client & Office Support

Answer and direct calls; handle basic queries

Welcome and greet clients and visitors

Ensure the office, foyer, and kitchen are well presented

Maintain phones, internet, and office equipment

Monitor kitchen supplies and coordinate grocery orders

File & Appointment Management

Make initial appointments and open client files

Manage client file handovers and archive completed files

Input client details into LEAP and receipt credit card payments

Prepare Client Agreements and send thank you cards to clients

Mail & Supplies

Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Monitor stationery levels and prepare orders

Coordinate document shredding and maintain petty cash
