About the Role

We are seeking a Proficient or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you'll work with individuals, families, and teams to design and deliver evidence-based, person-centered behaviour support plans. You'll be part of a supportive, neurodiverse environment where your expertise will make a real difference.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to write NDIS interim, comprehensive, and progress reports.
  • Competency in conducting functional behaviour assessments.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges, physical disabilities, and neurodiverse conditions.
