Beauty Therapist

We are looking for facials and body treatments Superstar Cosy family-owned wellness and beauty clinic with a friendly team in a great location on the Gold Coast

Requirements:

Hold at least a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification). Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a professional spa or beauty clinic (more experience is highly regarded).

Knowledge and practical experience with SOTHYS and Ultraderm brand treatments and products (training may be provided if required).

Ability to perform advanced facial techniques, including lymphatic drainage, relaxing facials, and Kobido face massage.

Strong skills in professional facials, including customised treatments for a variety of skin concerns. Strong skills in body treatments, including deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and lymphatic drainage massage.

Proven ability to conduct skin analysis and consultations, and to provide tailored treatment plans and homecare product recommendations.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Professional presentation and a friendly, caring, client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities (aligned with ANZSCO – Beauty Therapist): Provide facial and body treatments to improve skin condition, appearance, and relaxation. Perform skin analysis and client consultations to determine the most appropriate treatments. Advise on and recommend beauty treatments and skincare products to meet individual client needs. Administer specialised facial and massage techniques, including Kobido face massage, lymphatic drainage, and other advanced methods. Apply and recommend cosmetic and skincare products in line with treatment outcomes. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation of treatment areas, equipment, and work environment. Deliver exceptional client care by ensuring comfort, safety, and a positive experience at all times. Contribute to a team environment, supporting the business's commitment to excellence and ongoing professional standards.

Pay: $26.55 – $40.63 per hour
