Massage Therapist – Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated, client-focused, and highly skilled Massage Therapist to deliver outstanding treatments tailored to our guests' needs. We welcome specialists in pregnancy, deep tissue, or relaxation massage.

Flexible shifts available between 9 AM – 9 PM, including weekends

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing massage treatments to bathhouse guests: relaxation, pregnancy & deep tissue.

• Greeting guests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained and that the guests' expectations are exceeded for their wellness experience.

• Turning over massage linen and cleaning the treatment room in between clients.

• Ensuring the massage facilities are clean, hygienic, safe and compliant at all times.

• Daily meeting with the Bathhouse Hosts to discuss feedback, daily schedule and new bathhouse initiatives.

As the suitable candidate you will posses:

• Passion for the health and wellness industry.

• Excellent massage and customer service skills.

• Qualifications in Massage Therapy (domestic & international are acceptable).

• A welcoming and calming personality. A positive, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed and always perform to a high standard.

• Immaculate grooming, presentation and hygiene standards.

• Current Insurance, First Aid and CPR certification.

• The ability to be flexible to work weekends, nights, school holidays and public holidays as required.
