Operations Manager

Location: Mermaid Waters - Hybrid Remote

Are you passionate about improving the quality of care and ensuring smooth service delivery in the NDIS sector? We're seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our team, streamline systems, and ensure participants receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to maximise efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Develop and implement systems, processes, and best practices
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with leadership to align operations with business goals
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Onboard new participants, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey
  • Meet with participants regularly to maintain relationships and gather feedback (Phone or In-person)
  • Ensure care plans are always up to date, providing consistent and effective support
  • Liaise with allied health professionals to obtain reports, assessments, and recommendations to support participant plans
  • Handle after-hours phone calls as needed to support staff and participants

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally within the NDIS or community services sector
  • Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance frameworks
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in operational tools/software (ShiftCare, Xero, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Qualification: BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations) (or working towards)

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
