POP MART, founded in 2010, is a global leader in pop culture and designer art toys, here to light up passion and bring joy to collectors worldwide. With over 250 stores and 1,687 Robo Shops across 23 countries, we are excited to open our Australia flagship store in the heart of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a large-scale retail team of 50+ team members at our flagship location.
  • Create a fun, energetic and customer-focused culture that embodies our brand
  • Drive sales performance, achieve ambitious store targets and deliver exceptional KPIs.
  • Oversee all flagship store operations, including team rostering, stock and operations, visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop team members (with support from HR and Area Manager) to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  • Ensure flawless execution of seasonal launches, brand activations and major promotional events unique to a flagship store.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to align on business goals, staffing and store priorities.
  • Uphold compliance standards, health & safety and loss prevention procedures in a high-volume environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven success managing and developing large retail teams (40+ people) in high-traffic, high-volume environments.
  • A natural leader with strong people management, coaching and communication skills.
  • Goal-driven, confident in delivering strong commercial results while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Experience across scheduling, reporting, performance management, recruitment, and large-team rostering.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced flagship environment.
  • A genuine passion for pop culture, collectibles, and creating memorable experiences for every customer.
