**About the role**

This vital role represents as the face of MercyCare greeting visitors, staff and customers to our beautiful central office. Working closely with our administrators and at times our executive assistant team this position helps ensure the smooth running of front of house, direct incoming calls, assist with various facilities and administrative duties.

**About you**

You’ll love meeting new people, being the go-to in answering questions, be exceptionally organised with a can-do attitude, be enthusiastic, professional and have great communication skills with a diverse range of people. Along with sharing our values your experience will include:

- Great customer service approach ideally with experience in a similar role
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people, be innovative and highly motivated
- Cert III in Business Administration or similar is desirable
- Demonstrated problem solving and de-escalating skills
- Strong high attention to detail and be system savvy in Microsoft Office and online platforms, phone switchboard experience is a plus
- Be able to juggle priorities and work well under pressure
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
