B & D Excavations Australia is expanding and in need of a couple of plant operators to add to our team.  We are a Central Coast earthmoving company with all work based on the coast. No need to travel to Sydney or Newcastle each day

We are currently seeking experienced multi skilled Plant Operators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating heavy equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavator equipment to complete a variety of tasks, including digging, trenching and loading materials
  • Operate articulated dump truck
  • Operate skid steer
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities and deadlines
  • Adhere to project specifications and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years plant operating experience
  • Drivers license
  • WHS white card
  • Relevant VOC's
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to safe work practices and sound understanding of WHS practices
  • Ability to take and follow instructions
