• Proven experience operating Bobcat/Skid Steer machinery (asphalt or civil experience highly regarded)
• White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR Licence an advantage)
• Ability to assist the crew with general asphalt and labouring tasks when required
• Sound knowledge of equipment operation, safety standards, and asphalt processes
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
• Relevant tickets such as Traffic Control and First Aid are an advantage

• Operate Bobcat/Skid Steer safely and efficiently across asphalt and civil works projects
• Load, spread, and level asphalt and materials
• Perform pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment
• Assist the crew with general site and asphalt works when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
