Serious Group has a positions available for an experienced HC Truck Drivers for work in the Central Coast and Newcastle areas of NSW

Due to the ongoing growth of our company, we are offering full-time positions.

We are looking for an experienced truck driver with a minimum HC license to join our team. We are an equal opportunity employer, that provides great benefits and a positive work environment for employees.

This position will be for quarry work in a Truck and Quad-dog configuration.

Project Locations:Central Coast and Newcastle

Desired

  • Previous industry experience in quarry work in a Truck and Quad-dog configuration

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Two Saturdays per month minimum

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Operating HC truck completing deliveries in both metro and regional areas
  • Provide an outstanding level of service
  • Full commitment to safety for yourself, customers, the public, the environment and other staff
  • Report incidents/accidents immediately
  • Respect and abide by all road/traffic laws
  • Adhere to all standard safety operating procedures
  • Keep the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean
  • Electronic/Paper log book must be maintained
  • Manual handling of products

Candidates must exhibit the following:

  • Valid HC license
  • Current white card
  • Knowledge of state-based roads and rules
  • Ability to use technology on a daily basis
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Great work ethic and attitude
  • Experience with operating HR trucks
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Present previous driving history
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Good team player with a Can–Do attitude
  • Positive & proactive attitude towards their work and willingness to help others
  • Willingness to learn new skills
