About the role

This newly created position will report to the Financial Controller and be responsible for managing the ongoing effectiveness of DroneShield's newly implemented ERP and CRM systems (Oracle/Salesforce). As DroneShield continues to expand rapidly, this role is critical in ensuring that our business platforms and processes keep pace with our growth. You will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the company and its global operations to ensure that systems and tools are supporting sales, financial, and manufacturing business processes worldwide.

Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations 

  • Developing platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
  • Leading requirements gathering and translating business needs into scalable system capabilities
  • Managing vendor relationships and overseeing platform implementation and enhancement projects
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure systems enable efficient operational and financial processes
  • Driving change management initiatives and supporting user adoption through training and documentation
  • Ensuring platform compliance with governance, security, and data standards
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications, Experience and Skills 

  • Essential
    • 3–5 years working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar)
    • Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Experience managing vendors and external consultants
    • Proven ability to deliver platform roadmaps and enhancements
    • Understanding of Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing processes
    • Technical fluency to collaborate with IT and Compliance teams
  • Desirable
    • Experience in high-growth or manufacturing environments
    • Familiarity with defence or regulated industries
