your role

  • Assisting with the daily operations of commercial property management, including lease administration and tenant communication.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests, vendor management, and property inspections.
  • Preparing and maintaining property reports, budgets, and financial documentation.
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and property policies.

your advantage

  • Previous experience in real estate or property administration or accounts is a must
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
