A great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a lovely team in Melbourne's Inner CBD (Brunswick Area)

This unique role will provide autonomy as well as the opportunity to utilise your skills and really settle in long term as the department grows under your management.

As part of a large predominantely residential network, with an excellent reputation, for professionalism, career advancement and operations, this role is a newly created one due to growth.

Based in a excellent location, this role will oversee a commercial portfolio of approx 50. local properties. The opportunity for growth is exceptional and very real and the ideal candidate will thrive in this area and be looking for an opportunity to manage a portfolio and grow / oversee a commercial department.

Working closely with the General Manager, this role will provide a genuine and long term career opportunity in an excellent environment. The company is keen to provide generous recourses for growth and support for the role / department.

This autonomous role will provide the commercial property management knowledge and experience for the company and report to the General Manager, who is great and provides a really lovely top down approach and fun, professional culture.

With administration support and continual development opportunities, this role would make a different and interesting career move.

The portfolio is located in the CBD and surrounds and provides a great mix, of retail, office and industrial.

Experience in Commercial Property Management is essential to be considered for this role and as the company grows, the role offers genuine opportunity to expand the department and your role. This along with the opportunity to run your own show and utilise your experience in a different environment, make the position very appealing. A generous salary and commission structure will be offered to the successful candidate.
