As we expand our service across our Norwood and newly built Eastwood Private Hospital sites, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical receptionist to join our team in the New Year

The Biomechanics Lab is a sports podiatry, foot and ankle surgery rehabilitation and biomechanics clinic based in Adelaide, South Australia. We are a busy practice and prioritise a world-class experience for our patients. Our custom-built clinics at Norwood and Eastwood provide a unique and modern working space, with our staff being some of the most experienced in Australia.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our administration team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) to provide exceptional patient experiences on a day-to-day basis. This role has a number of key responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients into the practice in an efficient and courteous manner
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Scheduling and managing patient appointments, including patient billing and processing of payments.
  • Answering phone calls and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting practitioners as needed and managing their clinical requirements

Prior experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a Podiatry or Physio Clinic is preferred.
