We're expanding and looking for a Ductwork Fabricator to join our friendly team.

No trade qualification is required — we'll provide full on-the-job training for the right person. If you enjoy practical, hands-on work and want to build a reliable career in a supportive team, this could be perfect for you. We welcome applications from women and Indigenous Territorians.

What You'll Learn

We'll teach you step-by-step how to:

  • Operate the CNC plasma cutter and load sheet-metal coils.
  • Shape and machine duct pieces like radius bends, cushion heads, transitions, and spigots.
  • Assemble components such as VCDs, VAVs, and duct heaters.
  • Build both insulated and non-insulated ductwork to completion.

You might already have some workshop or fabrication experience — or you might just have a good work ethic, an eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.

(Experience with CNC or duct fabrication is a bonus, not a requirement.)
