We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's dynamic and fast-paced team in Darwin.

This varied role covers warehouse operations, administration, customer service, and sales support. Working in a busy warehouse and fabrication environment, you will be confident managing day-to-day operations independently while delivering excellent customer service.

About Our Client:

Our client is a nationally recognised leader in industrial insulation and protective solutions. With decades of industry know-how, they specialise in mechanical insulation, fireproofing, corrosion protection, sheet metal fabrication and heat tracing—delivering services across vital sectors including oil and gas, mining, energy and marine.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch stock
  • Pick, pack, and assemble orders
  • Operate forklifts and use inventory systems
  • Assist customers and manage phone/email orders
  • Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety, and organisation
  • Support inventory counts and general warehouse operations
  • Perform physical tasks (lifting up to 27kg)
  • Upsell products, follow up with clients, and maintain accurate records

Skills & Qualifications

  • Current Australian C Class Driver's Licence
  • Construction Card
  • Mandatory Forklift Licence
  • Ability to work independently without supervision (no prior supervisor experience required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to complete documentation clearly and accurately
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and strong multi-tasking skills
