Introduction

As we continue our next phase of expansion, we're looking for two Project Coordinator to join our Customer Solutions Team (CST) — playing a key role in supporting the delivery of client fund launches, transitions, and implementations.

Description

What you'll do

  • Support Project Managers in the delivery of client implementation projects and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

  • Assist with project documentation, RAID logs, and JIRA tracking to support delivery governance.

  • Analyse, transform, and reconcile client data using Excel and internal systems.

  • Configure client requirements in Automic's systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate meetings, capture minutes and action items, and drive follow-up to closure.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project efficiency.



Skills And Experiences

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using project tools such as JIRA and workflow platforms like Miro.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
