We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep experience across the Adobe marketing suite to join our client on a six-month engagement. This role is embedded in a collaborative digital team and will play a critical role in shaping and delivering solutions that drive customer experience outcomes.

Duties of the role

  • Lead solution design and architecture across the Adobe stack, particularly Adobe Journey Optimiser, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Provide architectural guidance and be hands-on where needed, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned to business objectives.
  • Evaluate initiatives, outline pros and cons, and recommend preferred approaches for stakeholder approval.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT architects, project managers, and Adobe marketing technology squads (AEM, dev, test).

Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise with Adobe marketing products, ideally including: Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign (Classic / Standard) and Adobe Launch & Audience Manager
  • Strong solution architecture background with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
  • Track record of working hands-on with complex digital marketing and customer engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
