The X-Ray Group as part of the IDX group it is a key well-established leading diagnostic imaging provider in the Albury/Wodonga region offering comprehensives services with fully licenced MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology to Ultrasound and X-ray.

About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Specialist to join our team based in Albury.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Consulting with key stakeholders and enhance awareness of Lake Imaging services
• Grow our referral base and provide deep engagement with local healthcare providers, including Doctors, Specialists, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Dentists, and Orthodontists.
• Successfully develop and nurture relationships through information evenings, clinical improvement sessions, reporting support and other strategies.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Maintaining, managing and analysing the database of referrers

ABOUT YOU

• Proven networking aptitude for business growth and delivery of services
• Flexibility to work varied hours to attend out of hour's clinical information evenings and network opportunities
• Engaging professional style to build rapport with referring Doctors, Practice Managers and Reception Staff, with the ability to deliver exceptional service
• Ability to work independently, resourcefully and be self-motivated
• Excellent organisational skills to plan, promote and execute promotional lunches, information evenings and any other events as required
• Be technically minded ensuring referrers are well supported. An understanding of medical terminology is preferred but not essential. CRM experience maintaining a referrer database and experience with RIS/PACS or Radiology reporting programs is an advantage.
• Current Drivers Licence as this role is field based
• Medical sales, networking or business development experience is desired

This is a part time - 12 month fixed term role working 24 hours per week.
